Minimum age: 21 years-old;

Present a valid driver´s license that was issued at least two years ago;

Promotional discounts are not cumulative;

Rates are valid for 24 hours;

In case of return delay there will be a 50% rate charge if it does not exceed 6 hours. For over 6 hours delay return, there will be a full extra rate charge;

We provide the car with a full tank. We charge the gas refill based on Mister Car´s gas price list;

Rentals can be substituted with a car of the same group or a superior group, in case we do not have the reserved car model;

In case accidents, robbery, fire or total car loss, it is necessary to present a Police Report within 24 hours after the happening;

We accept all credit cards;

It is necessary to have a valid credit card with enough funds. Request our staff assistance for more details;

There is an extra charge to return the car in another city;

Gas, traffic fines and additional services/costs are not included in the rate and will be charge separatedly;

Additional drivers must be declared and identified at the rental moment. The same requirements that apply to driver who rented the car and to the additional driver.
